Thank you for your interest in the not-for profit Lilly TB Drug Discovery Initiative. This collaborative effort within the drug discovery/development community seeks to identify novel screening assays that are amenable to HTS and/or promising new anti-tubercular compounds that are good candidates for preclinical development and/or medicinal chemistry optimization. Please note that the Lilly Initiative offers assistance through medicinal chemistry expertise, drug screening campaigns, access to the Lilly compound library, and advanced preclinical optimization as a collaborative effort, and does not offer funding assistance.

If your organization possesses screens or compounds of potential interest for this effort, we invite you to confidentially submit details for review by the scientific steering committee and the advisory board of the Lilly Initiative. To do so, please access the appropriate standardized form assay ("Target-based Screen Information Sheet" or "Compound Information Sheet") using the "new ideas submittal" tab, complete one form for each proposed screen/compound in as much detail as possible, and submit it according to the instructions given.
